General Terms and Condition
Regulations for the provision of electronic services
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the website available at: https://www.anpolsprink.pl
- The Site is operated by Anpol Sprink Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mikołów, 43-190, at 105 Katowicka Street, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
- Within the meaning of the Regulations, a Customer is an entity using the Site.
- The Service Provider provides the following services provided electronically (that is, by sending and receiving data via ICT systems, at the individual request of the Service Recipient, without the simultaneous presence of the parties):
- making the content of the Site available,
- making it possible to send messages to Anpol Sprink Sp. z o.o. using the contact form on the Site.
- Contracts for the aforementioned services are concluded by opening the Site – for the service indicated in item 4 a; or sending the contact form – for the service indicated in item 4 b.
- Contracts last until they are executed or until either party gives notice of termination.
- The recipient agrees to refrain from using the site in a manner that interferes with its operation.
Promotional or commercial information shall be deemed to have been ordered if the Service Recipient has agreed to receive such information, in particular, has provided for this purpose – also by sending the relevant content of the inquiry through the contact form – an electronic address identifying him. The Service Recipient may at any time opt out of receiving commercial information by direct contact by e-mail to: biuro@anpolsprink.pl or by telephone. - Complaints about the operation of the website and the performance of services may be filed by e-mail to: biuro@anpolsprink.pl. The Customer shall be informed about the manner of settling the complaint at the e-mail address from which it was sent within 14 days of its receipt by Anpol Sprink Sp. z o.o.
- Technical requirements necessary to use the services provided by electronic means: having a device with an Internet connection and possessing an operating system, Internet connection and necessary software (Internet browser).
- Anpol Sprink Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to carry out maintenance works on the Site, which may cause difficulties or make it impossible to use the services.
- Anpol Sprink Sp. z o.o. shall have the right to amend the provisions of these Rules and Regulations. Amendments to the Regulations shall not in any way prejudice the rights acquired by the Service Recipients.
