Fire alarm and detection (SAP) system enables to detect fire in an early stage of its development. SAP transfers information about fire to place of constant surveillance, fire alarm control panel or directly to the National Fire Guard. In the plants where SAP has been installed automatic fire detectors and manual fire alarm button (ie. ROP) are provided.
These devices are connected by cables to the electronic fire control panel. Detection of fire by automatic fire detector or pressing the manual fire alarm button sends a message about the fire to the fire alarm control panel. Information about the fire in the building is sent to personnel by an acoustic and optical signal, induced by the fire alarm control panel.
